Yes, they arrive fully arranged in their display case. Simply unbox, remove any shipping materials, and place them in their desired location—no assembly or care needed.
Depending on your location, delivery can take between 2 and 3 days.
At Aurum Flowers, we take great care in handcrafting and packaging our preserved flower arrangements to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any preserved flower products unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Each arrangement is made to order and cannot be restocked or resold.

- A clear photo of the damaged item(s)
- A photo of the packaging (box + label)
